Chiang Mai




Chiang Mai is a city in mountainous northern Thailand. Founded in 1296, it was capital of the independent Lanna Kingdom until 1558. Its Old City area still retains vestiges of walls and moats from its history as a cultural and religious center. It’s also home to hundreds of elaborate Buddhist temples, including 14th-century Wat Phra Singh and 15th-century Wat Chedi Luang, adorned with carved serpents.

Day 1- Arrive Chiang Mai (Half day Doi Suthep + Meo) +Night safari.

Departure from Chennai airport. Arrival at Chiang Mai airport, you are met and transferred to your hotel and after check-in take a short rest. Sightseeing to Meow Hill tribe village where is located on Doi Pui and it was once famous for opium cultivation. It is 1500 meter above the sea level. Trip continues on to Wat Doi Suthep Temple and then driving up offers a panoramic view of Chiang Mai city. Then proceed towards Night Safari at Chiang Mai. Come back to Hotel. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 2- Elephant Sanctuary, Waterfall & Bamboo Rafting

Breakfast at the hotel and then we visit the Elephant Camp , to see the 'Elephants at Work. You have a chance to ride the elephants crossing the river and into the forest. Then proceed to visit Falls. After lunch, enjoy a bamboo rafting adventure along the river, for around 45 minutes. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 3- Chiang Mai – Chiang Rai

Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to Chiang Rai. Our first stop will be at the breathtaking beauty of the White Temple, a stunning masterpiece of intricate Buddhist symbolisms and mirror decorations, known as Wat Rong Khun. Next to visit Black Museum. Visit the Blue Temple, a tranquil oasis of blue hues and intricate designs. Continue our drive to the Golden Triangle, where three countries converge into one unforgettable experience. Indulge in the cultural diversity of the long-necked Karen tribe, a fascinating community with unique customs. Hotel check in. Overnight in Chiang Rai.

Day 4- Departure.

Breakfast at the hotel. Then transfer to Chiang Mai for Your Departure.
