Lansdowne
Lansdowne is a hill station in the north Indian state of Uttarakhand. It was founded as a military garrison under the British Raj, and the Garhwali Museum traces the history of the Garhwal Rifles regiment, which still trains in the town. Close to colonial-era St. Mary’s Church, Tip-n-Top viewpoint is perched up on a ridge overlooking forested hills. Hindu devotees worship Shiva at the centuries-old Kaleshwar Temple.
Day 1- Arrive at Daand Villa (Gumkhal)
Departure from Chennai airport. On arrival Dehradun airport. Pick up and then proceed towards Gumkhal. After dinner , overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2- Local Sightseeing or Visit Lansdowne
Morning wake up before sunrise. Capture beautiful Himalayan ranges during morning sunrise. Morning tea coffee breakfast. Trekking to Hanumangarhi or visit Lansdowne hill station. Evening bonfire with light music. Dinner.
Day 3- Departure
Morning having breakfast and then check out from Hotel. Finally drop at airport.
